Year End Survey

Hello Families of the Trent Hills Soccer Club,

Thanks for being a part of the club this year. We have drawn to a close and are preparing for our Annual General Meeting.  We strive to bring soccer to all as a fun, healthy, outdoor activity. This year, in order to better inform next year's planning, we would like to hear feedback from you. Could you please take a moment to complete a 12 question anonymous survey. In addition, we are aiming to hold our AGM near the end of October.  A date and location will be posted on our BLOG, on Facebook and an email will be sent out. We need all kinds of input and volunteers. Please consider helping out. There are many jobs that need to be done that do not involve coaching but are vital to the functioning of the club.
